Hind Syntex Ltd set up a Synthetic Spinning Unit, in 1983 to manufacture Polyester/Viscose and 100% Viscose Electronically cleared, Spliced Auto coned, TFO and Non-TFO, Blended Yarn both Raw White and Dyed, at Village Birgod, District Dewas MP India, with initial complement of 19200 Spindles, and in two years time it became the leading manufacturer of high quality Blended Yarn in India. The capacity of Spinning Unit was increased, and at present it has 28,800 spindles running entirely on Dyed Yarn.
It is exporting, Polyester/Viscose, Spliced Auto coned, TFO Yarn both Raw White and Dyed to the leading Fabric manufacturers in U.K. and Europe, for the last five years. The company is ISO 9002 certified by Bureau of Indian Standards.

The mills have state of art machinery from Lakshmi-Rieter, Vouk, Schlafhorst, Volkmann etc. at both Dewas & Bhopal Units. They have a competent team of qualified Textile Technologists, Engineers and Commercial Managers to look after its production, sales and distribution. Hind Syntex Ltd. is quoted on the Mumbai, Calcutta and Indore Stock Exchanges. The Equity Capital is Rs. 108.87 million and Reserves are Rs. 84 million.
The company has also set up a new Synthetic Spinning Unit, with an initial complement of 28,320 spindles at Pillukhedi, near Bhopal MP India, to manufacture Polyester/Viscose/100% Polyester and 100% Viscose Electronically cleared, Spliced Autoconed Raw White Yarn in 1991, 8448 new spindles have been added to this unit in the year 1998 making at total of 36768 spindles in this unit.

The company has setup a captive power station of 2.5 MW capacity at Hind Syntex Ltd. Birgod Unit.
